Background Information
The City of Bloomington Utilities Department (CBU) had identified three city-owned sites that would be good locations for regional stormwater detention facilities. Site 3, which is the Elm Heights site,, is the first to move towards permitting and construction. CBU is still in the process of sharing construction plans with other City Departments for feedback. This project was funded, at least in part, with grant money.
