About us
The Board of Park Commissioners is a policy-making authority for the City of Bloomington Parks and Recreation Department. The Board is comprised of four members appointed by the Mayor.
Statutory Authority: (I.C. 36-10-4) (BMC 2.20)
The Board meets at Bloomington's City Hall at 5 p.m. on the third Thursday of the month, with some exceptions for holidays.
