Currently mobile businesses that don't serve cooked food are not eligible for the mobile vendor or push cart license. You'll need to apply for a solicitor license or temporary use permit. With a solicitor license, you'll be able to set up shop in public areas on a temporary basis. If you would like to get a temporary use permit, and serve cooked food you will also need to get a Health Code Inspection.
