Due to COVID-19, City Hall is open in a limited capacity from 8 a.m. -  5 p.m. Monday - Friday except during holidays. Non-holiday City Hall closings are announced on the City’s home page and social media. City services can still be accessed online at bloomington.in.gov/services.

Halloween 2021

City of Bloomington trick-or-treat hours have been set for Sunday, October 31, from 5:30 - 8:30 p.m., rain or shine.  

Due to the pandemic, the city is following the Monroe County Health Department's recommendations for trick or treating. Visit co.monroe.in.us for the latest protocols.
