Halloween 2021

City of Bloomington trick-or-treat hours have been set for Sunday, October 31, from 5:30 - 8:30 p.m., rain or shine.  

Due to the pandemic, the city is following the Monroe County Health Department's recommendations for trick or treating. Visit for the latest protocols.
