The Showers Building is the physical location for Bloomington's City Hall. This is where you'll find the City of Bloomington Government Offices.

Bloomington Transit #2W Outbound drops at 7th and Morton Streets. City Hall is located between 8th and 10th Streets on North Morton Street. Find Bloomington Transit maps and bus schedules.

There are five vehicle parking spaces designated for visitors only just inside the Morton Street entrance to the parking lot south of City Hall. Four designated handicap vehicle parking spaces are located in the same parking lot, immediately south of the City Hall building; these designated handicap parking spaces are for City employees only; proper City parking credentials are required.
Public parking in designated City employee parking spaces in Showers Common is permitted after 5 p.m. Parking is also available in metered spaces along Morton Street for $1/hour, and in the Trades District and Morton Street parking garages for $.50/hour.
It is approximately 176' across an asphalt parking lot from the visitor parking spaces to the curb cut on Fernandez Plaza, and an additional 236' from the brick plaza, up a brick ramp, to the main entrance of City Hall. Automatic sliding and push button entry doors, and elevator access to the second floor.
