This ordinance appropriates transfers within the General Fund for the Animal Care & Control Division, Clerk's Office, Fire Department, Planning Department and Police Department. It also appropriates transfers within the Parks General Fund, the Sanitation Fund and the Risk Management Fund. It appropriates grants from the Indiana Criminal Justice Institute and the U.S. Department of Justice for the Police Department. It appropriates monies in the General Fund - the Animal Care & Control Division (Salaries & Wages, FICA & PERF), Housing and Neighborhood Development Department (Fuel), the Risk Management Fund (Workers Compensation) and Fleet Maintenance Fund (Fuel and Motor Repair)
