Re: Extensive Revisions to Chapter 11.04 Entitled "Lake Lemon"
This ordinance Title 11 Lakes and Reseroirs, Chapter 11.04 Lake Lemon, of the Bloomington
Municipal Code to reflect the current situation regarding the management and operation of
Lake Lemon by the Lake Lemon Conservancey District, and articulates policies and
procedures which are necessary and appropriate to allow for effective maintenance and operation of the Lake.
