Ordinance 06-11

In May 2004 the Dillman Road Wastewater Treatment Plant was issued a National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System ("NPDES") permit whichrequired that the City review its sewer use ordinance for compliance with the National Domestic Sewage Study and the Pretreatment Implementation Review Task Force ("PIRT") regulations. Staff completed review of the ordianance and submitted the proposed changes to the Environmental Protecton Agency ("EPA") which approved the proposed changes. Those changes are embodied in this ordinance.
