This ordinance annexes the real estate at 2501 South Leonard Springs Road, including contiguous public roads and rights of way, located at the Southeast Corner of Leonard Springs Road and West State Road 45, to take effect upon the filing required by IC ยง 36-4-3-22(a), and assigns the area to Council District 1.
