This ordinance amends the City of Bloomington Police and Fire Salary Ordinance for the ye 2010 (Ordinance 09-13) by reflecting changes negotiated in a collective bargaining agreement with the Bloomington Metropolitan Firefighters Local 586 achieved after the approval of the original salary ordinance
