Working Hard Falling Behind - A Report on Affordability
TO AUTHORIZE THE ISSUANCE OF GENERAL OBLIGATION BONDS, SERIES 2016H, FOR THE PURPOSE OF PROVIDING FUNDS TO PAY FOR CERTAIN CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS AND INCIDENTAL EXPENSES IN CONNECTION THEREWITH AND ON ACCOUNT OF THE ISSUANCE AND SALE OF THE 2016H BONDS AND APPROPRIATING THE PROCEEDS DERIVED FROM THE SALE OF SUCH BONDS
This Ordinance takes one of the statutory steps necessary to approve the issuance of general obligation bonds by the City of Bloomington under Indiana Code ยง 36-4-6-19 in order to fund the installation of an exhaust removal system at each Bloomington Fire Department Station, and the installation of guard rails throughout the City.
