Ordinance 17-37

This ordinance sets the maximum 2018 salary for all appointed officers, non-union, and A.F.S.C.M.E. employees for all the departments of the City of Bloomington, Indiana. Note: At the Special Session on October 11, 2017, the Common Council adopted Am 02, which deleted and replaced Section 2 L, which set forth a table of Common Law Positions. In addition, the Common Council divided the question into two parts in order to allow Cm. Sims to vote on this ordinance without being compelled to vote on his spouse's salary range. Both parts passed: - Part One - Entire Ordinance Except Salary Range for HAND Department Head: 7-0-1 - Part Two - Salary Range for HAND Department Head: 7-0-1
