AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE ACQUISITION, CONSTRUCTION AND INSTALLATION BY THE CITY OF BLOOMINGTON, INDIANA, OF CERTAIN EXTENSIONS AND IMPROVEMENTS TO THE CITY'S SEW AGE WORKS UTILITY, THE ISSUANCE AND SALE OF REVENUE BONDS TO PROVIDE FUNDS FOR THE PAYMENT OF THE COSTS THEREOF, AND THE COLLECTION, SEGREGATION
AND DISTRIBUTION OF THE REVENUES OF SUCH SEW AGE WORKS AND OTHER RELATED MATTERS
This ordinance authorizes the City of Bloomington to issue its Sewage Works Revenue Bonds of 2020 in the aggregate principal amount not to exceed $32,000,000. The 2020 bonds will be issued to finance the first phase of modernizing the Dillman Road WWTP, the replacement of the existing storm culvert system of the Jordan Culvert, and pay costs of issuance of the bonds.
