SYNOPSIS Ordinance 21-02 rezones 10.097 acres from Planned Unit Development (PUD) to Mixed-Use Corridor (MC). Note: At the February 17, 2021 Regular Session, the Council adopted Amendment 01, which revised the title and a portion of Section 1 to more accurately identify the affected property, and corrected the street address associated with Parcel 1.
