TO AMEND TITLE 2 OF THE BLOOMINGTON MUNICIPAL CODE ENTITLED "ADMINISTRATION AND PERSONNEL" - Re: Updating and Harmonizing Portions of Title 2 of the Municipal Code
Ordinance 21-11 makes several changes to Title 2 of the Bloomington Municipal Code to bring the Title into line with
hanged statutes, to clarify references, and to harmonize current practices and the City Code.
Note: At the April 7, 2021 Regular Session, the Council adopted Amendment 01, which added a provision to Section Vofthe ordinance to change the word "twelve" to "ten" in BMC 2.13.010.
