TO APPROVE THE INTERLOCAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN MONROE COUNTY AND THE CITY OF BLOOMINGTON FOR ANIMAL SHELTER OPERATION FOR THE YEAR 2007
This resolution authorizes execution, by the Mayor and Director of Animal Care and Control, of the Interlocal Agreement between the City and County for 2007. The agreement provides that Monroe County shall pay the City the sum of $218,711.00 for 2007 in return for the space the City provides to the County and services it renders on the County’s behalf.
