Resolution 06-13

This resolution designates the property located at 2300 Rockport Road and 2101, 2105, 2109, 2112, 2113, 2116, 2117, 2120, 2121, 2124, and 2125 Susie Street as an Economic Revitalization Area (ERA), approves a Statement of Benefits, authorizes a 5-year period of abatement and declares the intent to waive certain statutory requirements for the project proposed by the petitioner, City of Bloomington Housing and Neighborhood Development Department.
