RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF BLOOMINGTON, INDIANA APPROVING THE CURRENT REFUNDING OF THE BLOOMINGTON MUNICIPAL FACILITIES CORPORATION FIRST MORTGAGE REFUNDING BONDS OF 1998
This resolution approves the issuance and sale of refunding bonds by the Bloomington
Municipal Facilities Corporation to effect a refunding of its First Mortgage Refunding Bonds
1998. The purpose is to provide a savings through a reduction in interest payments on the bonds.
