2011 EDWARD BYRNE MEMORIAL JUSTICE ASSISTANCE GRANT (JAG) (To Purchase and Train Staff to Operate Polygraph Equipment)
This resolution approves the Interlocal Cooperation Agreement between the City of
Bloomington and Monroe County, Indiana regarding the use of the $40,317.00 2011
Edward Byrne Memorial Justice Assistance Grant. The Interlocal Agreement provides that the City and County will equally divide the funds and use their respective shares of the grant to purchase polygraph machines and to train one person from their respective departments on how to operate the polygraph machine.
