TO APPROVE AN INTERLOCAL COOPERATION AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF BLOOMINGTON AND MONROE COUNTY, INDIANA FOR JOINT USE OF FUEL STATIONS
Pursuant to IC ยง36-1-7 et seq., this resolution approves the Monroe County andCity of Bloomington, Indiana Interlocal Cooperation Agreement for Joint Use of FuelStations. The City and County are entering into this agreement in interest of savingtaxpayer dollars, increasing employee efficiency, reducing fuel consumption, andreducing environmental damage resulting from fuel usage.
