Resolution 14-17

This resolution authorizes execution, by the Mayor and Director of Animal Care andControl, of the Animal Shelter Interlocal Agreement for Fiscal Year 2015 betweenthe City of Bloomington, Monroe County and Town of Ellettsville. The agreementprovides that Monroe County shall pay the City of Bloomington the sume of $310,067.53 for 2014 in return for the space the City provides to the County andservices it renders on the County's behalf. The agreement further provides that theTown of Ellettsville shall provide the City of Bloomington the sum of $24,983.47 for2015 in return for the space the City provides the Town of Ellettsville and services itrenders on the Town of Ellettsville's behalf.
