Resolution 19-11

This resolution is sponsored by Councilmember Rollo. The resolution is the product of Youth for Environmental Sustainability (Y.E.S.) and outlines ways to mitigate the effects of climate change by setting emission and natural gas use reduction goals, methods for reducing CO2 emissions, and encouraging renewable sources of energy.
