APPROVAL OF INTERLOCAL COOPERATION AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF BLOOMINGTON AND MONROE COUNTY, INDIANA Re: Building Code Authority
The attached Interlocal Cooperation Agreement (Exhibit A) extends through January 1, 2021 the long-term arrangement between the City of Bloomington and Monroe County to combine and coordinate the provision of certain building code services. This interlocal cooperation is authorized by Indiana Code ยง 36-1-7-1.
