Other: Sycamore Shelter - As of Saturday, March 6 at around 5:30 p.m., there was human feces on the ground near the fireplace. Additionally, there was trash left on the shelter's tables and in the fireplace.
Waterfall Shelter - At the same time as above, there was a gentleman sleeping in the fireplace of the shelter. He appeared to be using this as his primary shelter/home.
As a result from the trash, feces, and individual, both shelters were rendered unusable for families.
