Other: Hello! I serve as the trail monitor @ Lower Cascades Pk. There is a sizable tree down and across the Overlook trail. Trunk diameter is est. 18 inches or more, with three sizable branches extending from the main trunk. I can climb through it but a number of individuals would have issues getting by.
