We actually evaluated this intersection recently while working on the project that installed the multiuse path along Henderson and the pedestrian refuge island at this intersection. Based on intersection volume, as well as crash history, the intersection does not meet the warrants for all-way stop control. Installing an unwarranted all-way stop can have negative impacts to the specific intersection as well as driver's behavior at all-way stop intersections in general. Thanks again for reaching out.
