We've taken a lot of areas around Bryan Park out of the mowing rotation over the years, especially focusing on repairing, restoring, and protecting the riparian corridor of Sheridan Creek through the middle of the park. We've also worked to get battery equipment in our parks to minimize the impacts of gas-powered mowers and blowers. We continue to strategically look at Parks as we map them to respond to climate change impacts and protect native habitat... this feedback will be passed on to Joanna Sparks, our Urban Greenspace Manager.
