After discussing this project with the Eagle Scout, it was identified that the area needs a lot more than just constructing a bridge in order to improve the crossing, ex: need to install new culvert and vegetation management. We also confirmed that this crossing area was previously used by our mowers, but we no longer encourage mowers or pedestrians to cross through this area when there is already an access path to the basketball courts. We are going to work towards blocking access all together.
