Other: The traffic light at S. Walnut Street and South Drive keeps turning red for Walnut traffic without any vehicle or pedestrian traffic on South Drive. It stays red for a very long time. This is weekdays, weekends, evenings, 7:30am this Sunday morning. It's very disruptive to traffic.
