Other: Over the weekend, twice when I was driving on Walnut Street I had the light for traffic on Walnut Street at the intersection with South Drive turn red for no reason. There were no cars on South Drive and no pedestrians to trigger it. Both times it takes about 35-40 seconds before the light is green again for Walnut traffic. On one occasion, I counted at least 20 cars sitting on Walnut waiting for a ghost to cross the street or drive through. Can the city fix this light so it does not randomly go to red on its own and disrupt traffic significantly on Walnut? -- I have reported this before, a few weeks ago, and it is clearly not fixed.
