Nuisance Lights:

Other: The light was (for the last 20 years or so) using sensors in the pavement to trigger the light and only worked when traffic needed it. Now, it is only timed and not dependent on traffic, so Walnut backs up both ways for no reason- not a car in sight from the school or the old Kia dealership.
