I am a neighbor of this address. Twice in the past year, the two dogs who live at this property have been in the street and charged me and my dog. On another occasion, one of the dogs charged the property's fence and attempted to bite me by reaching *over* the fence. I have reported two of these instances to Animal Control. The last time (when the dog attempt to bite over the fence), the Animal Control officer told me that he had explained to the owners that their fence violates zoning by being too close to the sidewalk, and that the owners had expressed an intention to remove the fence in the front and keep the dogs in the back. However, I have heard, "We keep the dogs in the back" multiple times, when that is not true. The Animal Control Officer suggested that I could contact the city's zoning office, to have the fencing issue in the front yard addressed. I cannot find a way to contact Zoning specifically, so I am submitting the request here. FWIW, other people have had encounters with these dogs, though I don't know if they have reported it. There is absolutely no parking available for residents who live at 1200 W Kirkwood Ave apartments. The resident who lives in 1208 1/2 has 6 different vehicles parked on N Pine Street and has made parking impossible for anyone else who lives here. I’m reporting this here as I’m not sure of anywhere else to report this? Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Numerous attempts to speak with the tenant have failed.

We live on Southern Oaks Drive (between Sare Road and Oakmount Drive). Drivers frequently use our street as a "cut through." We have many children in our neighborhood and, this afternoon, a five year old boy riding his bicycle was almost hit by a driver speeding through this area. The driver did not even slow down, rather, they swerved to go around him. He swerved the same direction and they almost hit him. Our request is for speed bumps or some sort of traffic calming device to be place on South Southern Oaks Drive before a child is seriously hurt or even killed. This situation will only worsen as more apartments, and businesses are built on Sare Road.

Hi there - the Habitat for Humanity build on Cottage Grove has a lot of erosion and the drain in front of the property is completely clogged. I connected with someone from Habitat about it at a social gathering a few weeks ago, but I'm not sure it was remembered. It would probably have more heft getting connected by the City. Thanks for all you do - very much appreciate the quick and thorough work of the CBU employees in this area during the recent heavy rains!!!

Please consider a stop sign on Southdowns and circle drive. People come up westbound on southdowns heading around the corner very fast. We have many walkers and children and it is a blind curve.

My only parking place is deteriorating and the steps to my walkway are a hazard. The last couple rains we have had have washed a lot of dirt and gravel onto my grass. Can you add some railroad ties to reinforce this parking space or move my parking so that is goes to my side yard instead? I can add gravel but at this point it will just wash onto my lawn? I have fallen so many times the way this is currently setup. if the parking strip was more of a gravel drive way I could more easily get my garbage cans up to the street with out falling.

The renter has had eight tires sitting in front of his garage since August of 2023. He has been asked to remove them but he only parked his huge white SUV in front of them. 1. they are unsightly 2. during the warm months the mosquitos will breed in the trapped water.
