We had a water damaged appartement and after 5 long days of staying in it we got moved to another unit. We were told pest control came for 2-3 cockroaches in the sink. We moved in and in the evening turns out it’s a whole infestation. They came from the dishwasher which was flooded and full of water in the back with many cockroaches there. There are babies which indicates a clear infestation and that they reproduce fast. They did not just stay in kitchen but started running everywhere. In the bathroom, in both bedrooms, in the hallway and living room. We had to move out in the middle of the night to our old water damaged unit at 1am. We received no confirmations that pest control has been conducted and that the situation was fixed before the unit could be rented to us. The only thing signing at this is the paper traps in the appartement (there is 4 of them). The cockroaches appeared in the evening but there was still daylight (5-6pm) which indicates a bigger colony than initial 2-3 cockroaches as we were told. Even with the light on at 10pm they were out in the kitchen and in other rooms too until midnight, moment when we started to pack to leave for the night.

We entered the appartement and discovered it was badly water damaged, bending floors, rotten cabinet, rotten pillars of the wardrobe with structure peeling off and with possible ongoing flooding everytime there’s rain. We also noticed a clear water bump on the ceiling. The water pressure is non existent with no warm water and the shower is leaking through the shower head and on the floor after taking a shower. Overall state of the appartement was in a very poor condition with dead bugs all over the floor. The move in inspection was done incorrectly and appartement was not even cleaned. We are students from Europe and really want a stable situation and need a house that is habitable soon because of starting the studies next week on Monday 24th. Here is the link to a Google drive with pictures of said appartement. https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1Hb2F0yvOXQUfRqOgsLfZCzUp9gnxzMNL

On going and unaddressed mold. Crack in the threshold wall resulting in water damage leading into the home. Rental property has not done anything to assist or repair the issue. Personal property is damaged and black mold is persisting under the sink in the kitchen and presumably under the carpet that remains soaked at all time.

I am reporting a concern regarding the townhome unit adjacent to mine. I have been informed/observed that the electricity in that unit has been off for an extended period (several months).
Because the units are connected, I am concerned that lack of utilities and maintenance in the neighboring unit may be contributing to building-wide issues, including moisture, water intrusion, or other structural concerns affecting my unit.
There has already been water damage and active moisture concerns in my unit, and I want to ensure the adjacent unit is inspected to determine whether it is contributing to these conditions.
I am requesting that the neighboring unit be inspected for maintenance, utility status, and any conditions that could impact surrounding units. Also I have entered my name, address and phone number yet the system is still marking this as anonymous.

Despite the BHA making multiple efforts to ask the resident in 918 to stop allowing multiple guests to chainsmoke cigarettes and other "combustible materials" given that this is a non-smoking building, I have a documented medical issue, and the presence of oxygen tanks, the resident in 918 continues to allow guests to smoke. The office offered to transfer me to a different unit, but upon receiving the key after signing the lease, the unit had serious water damage and heavy mold. I am not able to move into the new unit until those issues are addressed. Resident in 918 continues to allow smoking day and night, high foot traffic, and sits with his door open all day waiting for me to come and go so he can make comments to try to get a reaction out of me in retaliation for the previous report. This is a follow-up to that previous report. Thank you.b
