I appreciate the paving happening and the difficulty in controlling traffic around it downtown, but the crews need more signs and flaggers ASAP

I understand you are actively working to pave this street, but these loose asphalt ramps are not accessible. Very hard to use with a wheelchair, it's like trying to wheel through beach sand. No signage directing pedestrians to a different accessible crossing area

Why are the street cuts so poorly done and do called repaired 2nd street. Done are not bad and others are terrible. I understand that a new road is supposed to going in, but our cars are getting beat up. Also since when does the city allow patching concrete sidewalks with asphalt? I assume all that is coming out to be replaced with concrete again. I assume we’re having lovely bike lanes incorporated into this new construction project that very few people will use. Thank you for using our tax money to a fullest extent of your dreams.
2nd St is trashed from S Walker Street to Buildings Trade Park. Recent construction did a terrible job patching their work, it’s hazardous in many places.
As a result of AT&Ts recent fiber optics installation, there are two large sink wholes next to the sidewalk between my address and my neighbors house. I called Austin Voorheis who did the installation for AT&T, but he has not come to fill in the openings. Photo's attached. This is really dangerous.
Construction crews for the convention center are regularly blocking the drive to 335 S. College.
Previous city project. Soil washing away under sidewalk
Soil washing away under side walk. I have reported this area before and it seems to be getting worse. Is there a plan?Thank you for your time. Kaye Beavers, Peppergrass landscape director
Recently we have had sewer problems at 1901 S. Rogers Street Bloomington. Upon digging up the main line we found what appears to be a fiber optic line that severed our main sewer line when contractors were working recently. Could we please find out the contractors that had ROW or who to contact. We are a no profit agency and do not have the budget for this costly repair. Thank you.
