Students from Bloomington High School North park their vehicles on Valleyview Drive, mainly from Winding Way to Parkview Drive. Mr. Steele would like to have some type of signage indicating that this is resident parking only. Mark is requesting that the curb on the south side of their driveway be painted yellow approximately 15-30 feet back. It is very difficult for their drivers as well as customers to exit onto N. Walnut Street when cars are parked up to the drive. This may possibly eliminate 1 to 2 parking spaces.

Mr. Craig would like to have speed humps installed on Thomson Park Drive. There are no stop signs on this stretch of road from Countryside Lane to the Park area. People speed through this area and it will be worse now that the children are out of school.

Via MC Traffic Commission: Ms. Morris wants to know why Transit buses have to drive through this neighborhood when they don't make any stops there. Says this adds to traffic problems in the area and buses should use 45 to get to Curry Pike.

Mitchell stated that there is only one "No Parking" sign located in front of 1400 (the south side of street). The street is very narrow and traffic should not be allowed on both sides. The house to the south of 1402 is possibly a rental and vehicles are parking on the north side causing a dangerous situation. Could there be "No Parking" on the north side also. Please note the Utilities Dept. did work in this area recenlty.
