A service man working on my next door neighbor just informed me that my water meter was leaking which must explain the higher usage. First you need to repaair it and second will an adjustment be made on my water bill since the leakage is being caused by the meter?

Jackson T. Kirby, 624 W. 8th St. UMS replaced my meter yesterday, and now my flow rate is significantly reduced. My kitchen faucet is rated at 1.5 gpm, but now flows at about .67 gpm. Maybe they didn't open the line all the way?

I found a notification on my door yesterday afternoon. It says my house has been using 10 gallons per hour non-stop. There is no leakage in this house. Is there something you can do to check on the faulty meter? My water bill is $100 average per month.
