Ms. Byers is concerned about the stormwater drainage from Fieldstone. She has water that drains from her property onto the Wiley Farm and she is afraid they will dam up the swale.
MRS. FENDER IS RECEIVING WATER RUNOFF FROM THE RIDGEFIELD SUBDIVISION ACROSS FROM HER HOUSE. APPARENTLY HER NEIGHBOR HAD A PROBLEM WITH RUNOFF, DEVELOPER FIXED THAT AND NOW IT RUNS OFF ON HER PROPERTY. **SHE WOULD LIKE TO BE CALLED FIRST ****
They have property east of Ridgefield. They are being affected by the four outlet pipes under Kinser Pike.
There is a basin in the backyard of the above address. The basin normally filters the runoff alleviating a backup of water. But lately the basin has not been working properly and the resident of the above address has a flooded basement. Is it the City's responsibility to clean this basin? Could someone check to see if there is a problem?

Complainant says that the house constructed at the above address (3914 Emilie Ct.) was constructed to low and that storm water flows into the patio. (See pictures in Eng. file). The area surrounding the house does not slope away from the foundation.
