Multiple reports have been made about this, not all associated with the correct address. The problem is at 620 N. College. This is a Chickering rental. The problem has been caused by various vehicles (Indiana, Illinois, NJ), but all are at the same address - rich, entitled students renting from a rich, entitled rental company. Car blocking alley behind Parker Mgmt. Ongoing problem. Trucks can't get through at all
Blocking the alley
Car parked blocking alley behind Parker Mgmt. Ongoing problem between this car and another.
Previous report address is 620 N. College.
VW Jetta, IN 309DFD, county 29 (Hamilton) parked in alley west of over-occupied property.
For some reason there is not enough parking in the lot behind this new building for all the cars, so some tenants are regularly parking in the alley on the west side of the building all night long and possibly during the day. Can the city do anything about this? It is really horrible at night trying to navigate around all the cars parked back here. Lots of times people park crosswise behind already parked cars. It is horrible trying to find out who owns what car, and after the new buildings on the other side of the alley are operational the problem will only be ten times worse because it looks like they also will not have enough parking for their tenants. WTF???
Unplowed street. Just learned that mail has not been delivered since the storm due to this.
