The dumpsters at the Day Care at the above address are overflowing with diapers and miscellaneous trash. The dumpster is not enclosed. Roberts wanted to know if by code they are not required to enclose the dumpster area. The dumpster is emptied 2 times a week, but in between these times the trash is overflowing, normally dirty diapers, which is a nuisance. Beauty shop "HAIR JORDAN" has lots of trash behind the building. Animals have tore the bags open and trash and hair is everywhere.
