Has lived there 1 1/1 mos. Neighbors have trash all over yard. Can't even tell there is a yard. Has complained before (see C2206 & C1403) House appears to be mostly vacant - can't tell if anyone lives there.

Weeds & abandoned vehicle. Vehicle is on 612 616 also has overgrowth and the two are side by side.
Untagged trash, boxes, furniture has been there since Aug. 10 when students moved out.
Location of problem: Entire neighborhood of Highland Homes. Complaintant said there is trash everywhere since students have moved out. Says there's a trash problem at every other house.
Broken glass & sand on the sidewalk on the Smith Rd. underpass between Morningside Dr. & Grandview Dr. Children could get cut from the broken glass.
