The Blgtn Utilities payment website has been inaccessible all week. Signing in leads to a 'runtime error' announcement page. -- I regularly pay my bill online but was happy that a very nice lady at the UtlisDept took my payment over the phone. My utility bill for account 7559-002 for period 06/01/2020 to 07/07/202 shows water usage of 82000 gallons. In all previous periods for the year, the usage never exceeded 4000 gallons. There were only three people living in the house during this latest billing period. A new water meter was installed during this billing period by your company. There appears to be a problem here. There is no way the water usage being charged for was actually used.

Meter number 88431501 is an irrigation meter that has been off since Oct. I have called on this meter before and it still shows daily usage. Can someone check it again to see why I am still showing water usage?

I wanted to take this opportunity to recognize and thank Ms. Edie Henderson in the Bloomington Water Utilities Billing Dept. She is an asset to the city and all the patrons like me. Edie has been extremely helpful whenever I have approached her with a query. She is a truly phenomenal person who is dedicated to her job. She always goes above and beyond to assist over the years whenever we had a question. We thank her for her efforts and highly recommend her seniors to recognize Edie too for her outstanding work. She has also helped us over the phone during COVID. Again, many thanks!!

My utility bill is almost $200 a month. I have had a Plumber make adjustments to toilets to ensure none are malfunctioning. I’m wondering if there is a leak somewhere. Could you tell me if you can help assess this? Thanks

When i bought this house 4 years ago, all paperwork said "city sewer" Turns out, my house actually runs on a Septic tank. Was not informed about this till one of your guys had to come over cause my water was backing up through the drains

This month the utility bill for our household is $133.67. This is almost double what we normally pay and our service consumption almost doubled as well, but we haven't changed anything out of our normal routine.
