2 pipes busted in my apartments due to the copper pipes and the cold which resulted to 50 gallons being added to my water bill. First I was wanting to see if we could get some of the taken off cause it wasn’t our fault and set up a payment plan if I do have to pay the increased amount.
MS. SONNY GALLO OWNS THE BOOKRACK (A BOOKSTORE LOCATED AT 223 S. PETE ELLIS DRIVE. SHE USED TO HAVE BILLS OF $6-$7 PER MONTH; HOWEVER, LATELY HER BILLS HAVE RISEN DRAMATICALLY. SHE HAS HAD TESTS RUN BY UTILITIES DEPT. AND HAS BEEN INFORMED THAT THE DEPT. CAN FIND NOTHING WRONG. SHE WOULD LIKE TO KNOW THE CAUSE OF THE INCREASE IN AMOUNTS.
Ltr. from customers stated they were gone from Dec. 9, 2003, until March 4, 2004, and rec'd. unusually large bill. They want to request an adjustment. Will be notified of next USB Admin. Subcommittee meeting.
Mr. Crail called to complain about CBU billing policies in general. He was upset by the way bills were mailed and late fees accumulated. He talked to atty. who called here, but he still could not understand about two late charges on his account.
Mr. Loncaric wrote as representative of Lincoln Place Homeowners Assoc. A leak developed in assn's pump unit with little or no water usage on assn. meter since mid October 2002. Mr. Loncaric is requesting a credit of difference of $169.57 for water which was absorbed into ground and did not enter sewage system.
Our water usage volume has almost tripled in Jan, Feb and Mar of 2023 compared to Oct, Nov and Dec of 2022.From about 11K gallons to around 33K gallons per month. Something does not seem right. I believe our facilities manager did have a plumbing company look to see if they could find any issue but I don't believe they did. Can someone take a look at this issue? For three months I have been unable to get into esuite to see how much I owe. The site says my login info is invalid, and when I request the info be sent to my email, it never arrives. I have been paying a historical amount through my bank, but would like to be able to verify.
Customer unhappy with having to pay services charges for winter while in Florida.
We have recently purchased the home at 835 Sheridan Dr. Bloomington. I would like to pay the water bill for this online as we are not fully moved there yet. I wish that on the online billing for water/sewer bills you could set it up to allow you in advance to pick the date to pay your bill like other companies do like Vectren and Duke. At this time if you want to pay your bill on the due date you have to wait til the due date to pay it. Very inconvenient. I like going on line and set up manually when to pay my bills but can't do this with Bloomington utilities.
