The tree that is planted near our driveway has roots growing extremely close to the house, sewer, and ATT electrical boxes. We were planting plants today and noticed there is a large root next to out driveway and house. The roots have already caused the sidewalk to raise and crack and our driveway is already being lifted. More importantly, thick roots growing next to out house. We would like the current tree cut down to stop any further damage, especially to the structure of the house, driveway, and sewer. We are completely fine to have a different smaller tree planted in its place. Please advise as we recently had plumbing issues and wouldn't want this to get any worse. After the snow storm two weeks ago, the street in front of my house was cleared, but not the dead end part of Brookside Drive that is beside my house. I e-mailed Joe Van Deventer, Director of Street Operations, to ask if that was an error or a new policy. I received no reply. I need to know the answer, so that I can attempt to reverse the policy if the policy for clearing snow from dead end streets has changed. As you can see in the satellite photo, I was forced to hand shovel 40 yards of Brookside Dr. to "get out" even 2-3 days after the snow storm.

Grass & weeds are growing outside the backyard fence and is over 12 inches high. They have completely ignored the sidewalk area behind the house with no mowing all year.

The road/sidewalk construction crew sprayed concrete on my car as I was driving down the street. I assume they were cleaning out the cement truck, but ended up spraying the hose as I drove by splattering my car with cement and rocks. I think it will all wipe off and not harden on the car, but I'm not exactly happy about it or having to clean it up.

There's a Bradford pear tree on the south side of the lot along Winslow Farm Drive that is damaged and has a low hanging branch over the sidewalk. I believe this is a City street tree.

For over a year, both the owner and tenant of this location have made repeated offenses against city code - including dumping yard waste in the ally, not picking up trash in yard and on sidewalk, having multiple broken down cars parked (for over a year) on property without attempts to repair/remove them. Owners are constantly parking on sidewalk for days at a time. Tenants have aggressive dog that has jumped the fence and attacked people. Blue car in front of house (with flat tires) hasn't moved in over a year, and does not run. Blue SUV doesn't run, and hasnt moved in months. Trash and recycle bin are constantly over flowing and spilling trash. Bins are never removed from sidewalk. Witnesses have caught tenants throwing trash into neighbors yard.
