I am concerned that the foot massage spa in the 500 block of West 4th may be engaged in sex trafficking. I often see Asian women outside smoking, but if I smile or say hi, they run inside. (I am female and non-threatening in appearance if that matters.) it may be just a cultural or language barrier, and I have no evidence, but I would appreciate it if someone would check on this to make sure the women are safe and there voluntarily. Thank you.

I would like to report a dead city tree in the tree strip in front of my house. Tree site ID: 27963. The tree is—or was—a flowering crabapple, and it has died over the past few years. My house is located at a fairly prominent intersection, and I worry that the tree will be a hazard as it decays. Blair Johnston

The grassy area in between the sidewalk & street in front of 521 W. Kirkwood has several sinkholes. It is hazardous for people waiting for the bus. Who is responsible for filling these in--the city or the property owner Tom Gallagher? If it's the city, which dept? Don't know of there are pipes under that area.Thanks.

I was walking on the B-Line this afternoon from approximately 3-4 p.m. While walking, a motorized bike was traveling at what I felt was an unsafe speed up and down the B-Line from 1st to 10th street. As he was approaching the Kirkwood area, he weaved in an out of walkers, joggers and other regular bikers.
