Dirt dumped on city property, Sheridan Woods.
There has been an exposed bit of fiber/grounding wire on this property (near the road) for a very long time. I contacted Gigabit Now who claim to have nothing to do with it, but who forwarded it to Hoosier Networks, who also claim to have nothing to do with it. Neither group has provided a solution to this exposed wire, but it makes it challenging to mow around this area so I'd love to have a solution available.
Case #210393 needs to be reopened. Duke was putting ruts back in the same spot that was repaired and growing well. I went out and took some pictures of the damage done(attached). Duke was there on June 16th inspecting a telephone pole. Then on the 17th, parked a work truck there creating new ruts. If this is going to be a pattern by Duke, maybe they need to install concrete pads on both side of the telephone pole for the trucks to park on... Contractors came through behind the condos earlier this week to do tree work. They left a pile of wood chips or mulch and a tree limb dangling. I spoke to my property manager and they were not aware of the work and suggested I contact HAND.
A disturbed homeless person has turned the DETOUR sign near the bus stop on S Walnut (in front of the Smoke Shop) around, so that motorists coming from S Walnut, heading towards Second Street can only see the back of the sign.
Yard torn up where Comcast did some work a couple months ago. I tried to get Comcast to take care of this but got nothing from them - even after many calls and promises that someone would get back to me. On two seperate occasions I got case numbers. # ECM 0020878893 and ECM 0020232690 and was even told after one of them to keep my line open because I would be getting a call right back. No call came. I have written down much of what has happened during this quest if you want more info. As a result of AT&Ts recent fiber optics installation, there are two large sink wholes next to the sidewalk between my address and my neigbor's. I called Austin Voorheis who did the installation for AT&T, but he has not come to fill in the openings. Photo's attached. This is really dangerous.
One of Duke/Xfinity lineman trucks was doing work along E. Winslow Rd in Bloomington IN. The truck left many ruts in the setback grass that need repair. Also, cut cable pieces were left on the ground/sidewalk. Both of these issues need to be resolved. Thank you
An orange "Core&Main" tarp has been up between our property (1437 N Kinser Pike) and the Aspen Heights property for about 2 years. I spoke with Aspen Heights and they said it was the purview of the city. It doesn't seem to be doing anything productive anymore, as far as I can tell, but if it is, half of it has fallen down. It makes for extra yard work, mowing around it and weedwacking by it. If it can be taken down, that would be great. If it needs to stay up, may we politely request it be fixed where it has fallen.
