Reported by BikeSmith (112 S College) a homeless shelter made out of cardboard was erected on their rear deck, between 113 S Gentry and 117 S Gentry, next to 119 S Gentry. Isn’t this truck in violation of UDO 20.04.060 (n) (4)? It has been sitting there for over 30 years, has an expired license plate (used to be 1975, since a couple of months 2016). Sticker cannot be seen because it has a glove hanging over it.

Dangling wires across my yard, coming from the pole across the street. Nothing in house has been affected, but it appears some wires have come away from the house and are dangling in a knot about 4-5 ft off the ground, near my neighbor's drive/sidewalk in the corner of my front yard. This appears to have occurred overnight. There is also some kind of metal box stuck in a neighbor's tree. Have also contacted Comcast in case it's old wire from them.

On Sunday morning (12/21) five or six dogs ran out of the back door of 1432 Winfield Rd. and proceeded to run around the yard and bark from 9 am until 10:20 am. At 11 pm dogs were barking again.

Barking dogs last night (Sat. 12/20) in the back yard at 1432 Winfield Rd. Dogs barked from 9:16 to 10:05 pm. They were barking again at 11 pm. They were barking a lot in the late afternoon also. This house is a nuisance.
