CUSTOMERS WATER LINE BROKEN ON THEIR SIDE/SHUT OFF WATER
Resident states that the monthly bill keeps raising. An increase of $1.00 this month was attributed to the franchise fee increase. The resident stated that TCI told them that the City was asking for more money, and that this increase would have to be passed on to the customer. It is really hard for people on fixed incomes when the bill increases every month. Resident states that his bill has raised every month since he subscribed to TCI.

KOONTZ IS CONCERNED WITH THE EAST/WEST ALLEY TO THE SOUTH OF HER PROPERTY. TRUCKS ARE USING THIS ALLEY AS CUT THROUGH AND SOMETIMES PARK IN THE ALLEY FOR PERIODS OF TIME. KOONTZ WOULD LIKE TO HAVE A "NO TRUCK" SIGN INSTALLED FOR THE ALLEY DUE TO THE ALLEY NOT BEING WIDE ENOUGH TO ACCOMMODATE THE TRUCKS. NOTE: KOONTZ STATED THAT REYNOLDS GROUP DAMAGED HER FENCE WHILE DOING WORK FOR THE CITY UTILITIES DEPT ON ROGERS STREET.
RESIDENT STATES THAT THEY ARE STILL RECEIVING BAD SERVICE FROM TCI. THE UPPER CHANNELS ARE NOT CLEAR. HE HAS COMPLAINED TO TCI, WHO STATED THAT THE PROBLEM IS IN HIS HOUSE. RESIDENT HAS RE-WIRED THE HOUSE AND IS STILL HAVING THE SAME PROBLEM. iN REGARDS TO THE CHANGE IN CHANNELS, HE CONTACTED TCI AND WAS TOLD THAT IT WAS A CORPORATE DECISION. LOW WATER PRESSURE
SZAKALY TALKED WITH SUSIE JOHNSON, CODE ENF., HER DRIVEWAY FLOODS BECAUSE OF THE 3 LOTS UPHILL FROM HER RESIDENCE. THESE 3 LOTS DRAIN ONTO HER PROPERTY FILLING & FLOODING HER STORM INLETS. THIS APPEARS TO BE A DEVELOPMENT WIDE PROBLEM.
Dwayne Woods illegally hooked up his drain from his basement & is piping water into the street. He called Street Dept. to complain about the lefel of the street & Bob realized what he had done. See attached from Street Dept.
WENTWORTH SENT A LETTER TO ENG. DEPT ON 9/19/96. HE STATED THAT HIS WIFE HAS BEEN CALLING IN THE PAST FEW WEEKS REGARDING A STORM DRAINAGE PROBLEM. THE RUN OFF HAS CAUSED EROSION WHICH HAS EXPOSED THE WENTWORTH'S SANITARY DRAIN.
