ANDERSON DID GRADING WORK THIS PAST WEEKEND RAISED THE SLOPE OF YARD CAUSING RUNOFF ONTO HER PROPERTY(BLDG PERMIT '93 #31168 COMPLETE)(GARAGE PERMIT "94 #35279)
Doing a lot of work with out a builidng permit. Sheets are draped across all windows. Sinks and misc. are in back of builidng that have been removed.
Students are parking partially in the alley at night due to the new parking zone. Could not get an emergency vehicle in alley if needed.
8 residents currently hooked to sewer that runs to the south of Southern Dr. Line is to be eliminated and new line to be i9nstalled. Owner feels that the new line will encroach into his property and that the 5 foot alley that is on the county plat does not appear on the city plat.
Adding bed rooms w/o permit.
Built a roofed, screened in back porch w/electricity with no building permit.
Restripping of Sixth St. between Walnut and Washington has resulted in the elimination of six parking spaces. Don Porter has advised her that this is due to compliance with the State Ordinance and that Transit had requested easier clearance when turning right off of Walnut onto Sixth. ( see letter)
Wanted paving done and guard rail installed to protect his stone fence. Told him not feasible.
