I live next to this house. On the night of August 30, the residents played loud music outside until after 2:00 a.m. Again, today, they started playing loud music outside around 12:00 midnight, which seriously disturbed my rest. I originally recorded a video of the noise, but I am unable to upload it here. I would like to request that they stop playing loud music outside during late-night hours.

Fill holes where previous construction zone posts used to be, between the sidewalk and Rogers. It is a risk for wildlife to develop habitation into those holes and a hazard for when maintaining the residential appearance.
September 3, 2025 To the City Council, I am writing as a resident and concerned neighbor regarding the property at 2212 S Belhaven Court. Since Friday, August 29, the owners pulled all their belongings out of the garage and left them sitting on the driveway and even out onto the public sidewalk. Among the items are an old water heater and a refrigerator, left sitting there unsecured, along with various other household clutter. It has now been several days, and nothing has been done. The sidewalk is blocked, and frankly, it looks terrible for the neighborhood. Years ago, folks in Sycamore Knolls had the pride and courtesy to keep their property in order and not let things spill out into public space. It’s disheartening to see that kind of respect for neighbors and community slipping away. I urge the city to look into this matter and see that these items are removed promptly. Landscaper could not locate the water meter for this location. The landscaping company is trying to split the irrigation from the meter at 1516 S Walnut Street.
Encampment forming here. Several individuals, tents, trash etc. Also can you please just make a dedicated category to report issues with the unhoused and encampments. It is allegedly a priority for this administration.
Possible homeless person in and around Sherwood Oaks neighborhood. Second day in a row this cart has been parked here. Neighbor saw a man pushing it away yesterday. But it was back this morning. This is unacceptable when there are the Crawford Apts down the street... Please investigate this. Thank you.
Guard rail at culvert on SE corner od Henderson and Winslow is broken, metal tubing pipes sticking out toward pedestrians and traffic.
On south High Street, there is a 3-4 inch hole in the (south bound)road way that is about a foot deep. I do not know how wide the hole is beyond the surface.
