Hello, I was passing by the Fields Apartment complex, all around Clarizz, Fenbrooke, I need to check the exact streets. All of their trees lining the sidewalk and street are improperly mulched with root suffocating “mulch volcanoes.” I’ll pass by there again today or tomorrow and send exact street names and photos. This curb is heavily deteriorated. The water does not drain properly in this area and algae is growing. Please repair. There are many deteriorated curbs in the Arbor Ridge neighborhood, but this is the worst one.
All the trees planted in the right of way along roads through the fields are mulched in a manner contrary to the city tree care administrative guide (ie with mulch volcanos) and in violation of city code.
At southeast corner of Hawthorne and Hunter there is poison ivy encroaching into the street. There are also vines including poison ivy encroaching on the sidewalk on Hawthorne.

Homeless setting up camp again in the field behind Timber Ridge
Auto Heaven truck sits on side of W. Allen on West side of closed Bridge. Someone lit it on fire and it is scorched trash now. Please have owner tow it away. This is a pedestrian walkway!
Someone has dumped construction refuse across Renwick Boulevard down the ditch towards the path that runs under Renwick. It contains boards debris, and a number of other items that needs to be removed. It is immediately across from 1655 S. Renwick. Additionally, next to the stairs on Renwick Boulevard that lead down to the path someone has also dumped Landscaping debris.
