Management company will not remove for rent signs (They have been up since July) even though I texted and politely ask them to do so. See photos. There were 8 in total. I had to stop and remove one of the signs that blew into the street. Also, these are 3 bedroom home with 6-7 cars constantly in the driveway so occupancy is suspect. Thank you.

I just discovered a large gas-powered blower on wheels that is partially hidden in one of my fir trees. I've left it where it is. It is just off the W. 12th St. Court area (the circle next to my property. I'm suspecting it was stolen and hidden there. It wasn't there earlier this week. Construction trailer parked in front of fire hydrant for four days.
Occupants frequently work on cars in their driveway very late into the night with very bright shop lights. Most of the cars seem to have non-working mufflers and they start and rev the engines late into the night. They also test drive the very loud vehicles up and down the area streets at extremely high speed. This activity frequently lasts late into the night. Last night it went past 11pm but it is not unusual for this to go well past midnight. I don't know what the city can do but this is clearly a nuisance for all area neighbors but especially the poor folks who happen to live next door.
Multiple cars trucks in backyard in different states of disrepair, running engines at loud decibel level, gas fumes entering our house. I believe there is a car repair business being run from this residence. BPD called at 5:00 pm today to report noise and fumes. I took video of the event but could not up load it
Swimming pool (?) Hot tub (?) in front yard. Violation? Permit needed? Looks trashy.
There is a car with flat tires, on a jack, on Wiltshire Court. Neighbors and city workers have reported this many many many many many many times. It's been there for years - at least since 2020. The city does nothing. There are also big tree limbs down on Wiltshire Court, dropped off a tree on private property, and the owner has no apparent intention of cleaning them up. This is a nice neighborhood and the city's complete refusal to address these problems, despite repeated complaints, is shameful. Shouldn't the neighbors here who care for their property be offered more courtesy than those who do not?
Apt 1 continues to be blasting music at all hours of the day shaking both apartments next to them. It started at 9am today and they keep getting louder. The apartment complex said to file a noise complaint, so I'm filing here since it's not an emergency, but still important. Thanks
